NanoDri® sweat proof shirts were created by a Canadian Ph.D. scientist in biochemistry and molecular biology. Utilizing the latest in Japanese nanotechnology, NanoDri® aims to solve the problem of excessive sweating resulting in visible staining of your outer garments. All the fabrics NanoDri® uses for its undershirts and sports shirts are sweat-absorbent on one side and sweat-repellent on the other, all throughout the shirt.
The sweat-repellent outer layer serves as a barrier that blocks sweat from coming though, leaving your outer garment clean and dry. This repellent barrier is stretchy and breathable, however, allowing evaporation to occur so you are able to cool off quickly. |
The sweat-absorbent inner layer absorbs liquid 3X faster than cotton. It also dries extremely quickly.

As the above photo shows, A typical competitor sweatproof shirt of comparable size (which is only sweatproof in the under arm region) is 2.5 X heavier than Nanodri®, which is sweatproof all over (252 grams vs. 110 grams for Nanodri®). This is because we dont use fabrics that everyone else uses.
We have actually done the work to find the best fabric for those who sweat too much, and continue to search for ways to improve the fabric even more. For us, the research never stops.
